By installing the Replyfy Chrome extension or creating an account at replyfy.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Replyfy is a Chrome extension and web portal that uses AI to generate replies to customer reviews on various platforms. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a limited free tier.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use the same account. Each subscription is limited to the number of devices specified by your plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Replyfy to generate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated replies before publishing them.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
6. Limitations of Liability
Replyfy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content or any consequences of publishing such content. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
